I hope that you just love and adore your handmade wreath.  I have personally designed, created and poured my heart and soul into every creation to bring you the best quality wreath that you will love. 

I take extra special care on my packaging and use An Post to transport and to date have never had a problem with the wreath not arriving in perfect condition.  If however you do have an issue, please take photos immediatley and send to me for resolve. 

If your order has not been dispatched you may cancel for a ful refund.

You may return a wreath within 14 days as long as it hasnt been hung outside and is in perfect condition when it arrives back to me, please take special care with the packaging you use to ensure its not damaged in transit.  In this case I  will issue a refund less the cost of shipping within 7 days of receipt.  It may take a little longer to appear in your account depending on your bank. Please note you must return the product at your own cost.
