Are they silk or fresh flowers?
They are high quality silk flowers. I have spent almost 30 years as a florist and source the best quality and stylish flowers and foliage from wholesalers around the globe.
Do you have a shop?
I operate solely online. You can view my current range and pricing and purchase through my website. You can also visit my facebook, instagram and pinterest page and I will also have an Etsy store soon. I operate from my home based studio so do not have a physical showroom or shop for you to visit but I am here to help with any questions you might have.
I want to send a wreath as a gift, can you write a card to go with it?
Oh absolutely. I will wrap it up beautifully for you and send it with a hand-written card with your special message on it. I can guarantee that when your friend/family member receives it they will be blown away with the attention to detail and the uniqueness of the wreath. Its the most amazing gift to give anyone, for any occasion.
Do you deliver?
Yes I deliver nationwide via An Post Registered Next Day Delivery which is €10 Post & Packaging. I also have a collect service which is free, by appointment only. You can chose this free option at checkout.
Can I order a bespoke wreath?
It is possible to discuss with me your requirements or ideas. I do not copy other people's design from an image you may send me, I have my own style and so do other artists. If you send me a photo I can create something similar but in my style. There are no swaps changes or refunds on bespoke pieces. Payment must be made upfront and I will send you a photo when its ready before its shipped. There is a €20 surcharge for all bespoke pieces and I will give you a full quote once the particulars are decided. To discuss this with my please email doordecorbymariemaher@gmail.com
I know it's unlikely, but what if I need to return my wreath?
As long as your wreath has not been hung outside or damaged, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less the shipping cost. You must ensure its wrapped well and securely for transport as if damaged I cannot offer a full refund. You must cover the cost of return. I will refund on receipt and it should appear in your account in a few days, but please allow 7-14 days for this process to complete.
